  1. If I’m not currently a Member of the Delta SkyMiles program, how do I sign up?

    It’s free and easy to join SkyMiles. Become a SkyMiles Member here.
  2. When will my drink vouchers be available after purchase? How will I receive them?

    Within 24 hours, all vouchers will be accessible within the "My Wallet" section of the Fly Delta App until used for the next 12 months. Simply log into the Fly Delta App on your smart phone and show your digital drink voucher to your flight attendant to redeem for beer, wine or spirits on board.
  3. What drink choices are included in my voucher?

    Drink vouchers can only be redeemed on board Delta flights. Exchange for the beer, wine, spirits or mixed drink of your choice. (21 or over, please drink responsibly).
  4. Can I transfer the drink voucher to a friend or family member?

    No. SkyMiles Select drink vouchers are non-transferrable. However, you can redeem vouchers for drinks for traveling companions on board with you. (21 and over, please drink responsibly.)
  5. Where will my bag tag be mailed?

    Your exclusive, limited-edition SkyMiles Select bag tag will be shipped to the address you have listed within your SkyMiles account profile. Please ensure that your profile is up to date with the most current mailing address. Verify or update your address here.
  6. How soon will I receive my bag tag after purchase?

    While shipping times may vary, your bag tag is estimated to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the time of your SkyMiles Select purchase.
  7. How quickly will my Main Cabin 1 Boarding take effect and how will I access it?

    Your Main Cabin 1 Boarding will be active within 24 hours of your SkyMiles Select purchase and will be valid for one year from the date you enrolled. For travel that is already booked, you must add your SkyMiles Number to your reservation prior to check in to receive Main Cabin 1 Boarding (visit delta.com/mytrips to add to your reservation), which will then be automatically added to your boarding pass. For future travel, you must add your SkyMiles Number to your reservation during booking (added automatically if you are logged in with your SkyMiles Number during booking) or prior to check in and the benefit will automatically appear on your boarding passes for all flights traveled within one year from the date you enroll.
  8. If I already receive Main Cabin 1 Boarding, am I able to swap in another benefit in its place, or receive a discounted price?

    No changes can be made to the boarding benefit offered through SkyMiles Select. Should you ever qualify for two boarding zones — for example Main Cabin 1 through SkyMiles Select, and First Class for booking a First Class seat — the higher boarding priority will be reflected on your boarding pass.
  9. Do my travel companions receive Main Cabin 1 Boarding as well?

    Main Cabin 1 boarding will apply to you and up to 8 companions traveling with you on the same reservation.
  10. Does Main Cabin 1 Boarding purchased through SkyMiles Select apply to tickets purchased in Basic Economy?

    Yes, you will receive Main Cabin 1 Boarding on tickets purchased in Basic Economy.
  11. When do my Main Cabin 1 Boarding access and drink vouchers expire?

    On the one-year anniversary of your SkyMiles Select purchase. However, you are welcome to purchase another year of SkyMiles Select beginning 30 days in advance of your one-year anniversary and continue enjoying these benefits for another year.
  12. I used all my drink vouchers. Can I re-purchase SkyMiles Select for 8 new vouchers?

    Once you purchase SkyMiles Select, you will not be permitted to purchase the bundle again until 30 days prior to the one-year anniversary of your initial purchase.
  13. Am I able to purchase SkyMiles Select for a friend or family member?

    You can purchase SkyMiles Select for any U.S.-based SkyMiles Member who is 21 or over if you know their name and SkyMiles number. Please keep in mind that the confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the SkyMiles account that is receiving the SkyMiles Select benefits.
  14. I live outside the U.S. Can I purchase SkyMiles Select?

    At this time, SkyMiles Select is only available to U.S. residents.
  15. What are the eligibility requirements to purchase SkyMiles Select?

    You must be a current SkyMiles member. Additionally, please ensure you have a valid email address listed with your SkyMiles account profile, along with a DOB that confirms you are 21 years of age or older. You must also be a U.S. resident.
